A white, odorless, water soluble powder. It is used as a fluoridation agent to prevent tooth decay and as a flux in the smelting of metals.


Phosphate Fertilizer Production Method:


Phosphate fertilizer production method is the most conventional way of producing phosphate fertilizers. It includes two major steps, namely mining and manufacturing. The primary raw materials used in this process are phosphoric acid, sulfuric acid, and limestone (calcium carbonate).


Neutralization Method:


The neutralization method is used to convert the acid in solution to its base and vice versa. In sodium silicofluoride market, sulfuric acid is used as a catalyst for the conversion of fluoride into fluorspar. The reaction takes place at atmospheric pressure and temperature.


Sodium silicofluoride (Na2SiF6)is an ionically bonded solid material made up of individual silicon.
