Horizontal vibration sieve is a device used for separating solid particles from suspension or solution by the principle of oscillating motion. It consists of a horizontal plate, mounted on an axle, which is free to move back and forth in the direction of the stroke. The plate has series of openings along its edge through which the particles to be separated pass as they are forced by a streamline flow.
Vertical:
Vertical is the upright side of a sieve element. It has to be placed at right angles to the sieve face in order for it's full use. The maximum vibration transfer through verticals is obtained when they are made from high-quality steel and have a minimum area of contact between them and the surface on which they operate.
