200 ° is the temperature of SmCo magnetic alloy, which has a Curie temperature of 200 °C. It's an alloy of cobalt and nickel with about 10% manganese, phosphorous and sulfur. It's produced by heating a mixture of cobalt metal powder and nickel scrap at about 1450 °C for several hours in an electric arc furnace.
300℃:
300℃ is the maximum temperature that can be reached by using a standard magnet. The material used in making magnets cannot be cooled below this temperature. It was named so because it was first discovered at 300 degrees Celsius (Tc) in 1725 by the German-Swedish chemist and philosopher Anders Celsius.
The most widely used type of magnet is neodymium magnets, which are often found in small appliances such as refrigerators.
