Purity 99.9% is a type of Barium Silicide which has purity level more than 99%. It's produced by the reaction between barium sulfide and sulfur at high temperature and pressure. Purity level can be measured by X-ray diffraction techniques such as KBr disc method, Rietveld phasing, etc.
