Food Grade:
Food grade is the highest quality available in sodium sulfite anhydrous market. It has a purity level of 99%. It is used as a preservative to increase the shelf life of food products such as meat, poultry, seafood and processed foods. Food grade sodium sulfite anhydrous can also be used for winemaking to prevent oxidation and thus maintain its color.
It can be produced from two different methods which are dry heat treatment or wet process treatment.
