Aluminum chlorohydrate is a solid aluminum salt. It has the formula AlCl3.6H2O and is usually available in white powder form. Aluminum Chlorohydrate finds application as an anti-caking agent for granular products such as sugar, coffee whiteners, rice flour, cornstarch slurry and other powdered food products among others.
