Product Definition:
The anodic electrocoating process is a variation of the conventional electrocoating process that deposits a coating on metal parts by means of electric current. In the anodic electrocoating process, the metal part to be coated is placed in an electrolyte bath and connected to the negative terminal of a power supply. A coating material, usually a polymer, is dissolved in the electrolyte and applied to the part by means of electric current. The polymer deposits on the surface of the part and forms a protective coating.
Epoxy electrocoat:
Epoxy electrocoat is a one-component epoxy resin coating, which can be applied to steel and other metal surfaces. It offers several advantages over conventional coatings such as low operating costs, excellent corrosion resistance coupled with high durability. The product also provides high electrical conductivity along with good dielectric properties resulting in increased efficiency for the overall system.

Acrylic electrocoat:
Acrylic electrocoat is a two- component electrocoating process which utilizes anodic and cathodic coatings on the same substrate at the same time. The major advantage of this process is that both anodic and cathodic coats can be applied to one substrate, saving cost as well as time.
