Electronic grade aqueous ammonia is also known as liquid ammonium hydroxide or just plain ammonium hydrate. It is a colorless, water-soluble, crystalline compound and has a pungent odor. The primary use of the product is in the production of polyurethane foams; it can also be used in other applications such as cleaning agent and food additive among others.
