Fruit atole, also known as Atole or Fruit Tea, is a traditional drink of Mexico. It is prepared by fermenting raw fruits and consists of sugar and acidity levels appropriate for fermentation. The most common ingredients used in this process are water, sugarcane or corn starch (for making sweet), fruit (for making sour) and microorganisms such as lactobacillus bacteria and pediococcus bacteria.


Nut Atole:


Nut atole is also known as dal or pulses porridge. It is a dish of lentils and mung beans cooked in water with spices. It's an important part of the South Asian cuisine, especially in India and Bangladesh. The dish has been around for centuries; however, it gained popularity only after independence when people started adopting western cuisines owing to their availability across the border.
