High Chrome Steel:
High chrome steel is a chromium-free, ferritic alloy of iron and nickel with carbon content between 0.25% to 2%. It has the ability to absorb impact and abrasion very well owing to which it is used in composite roll products. The product also provides high corrosion resistance, strength, hardness along with improved dimensional stability at elevated temperatures as compared to low chrome steel products.
