Resistive thermal detector is a type of temperature sensor that generates an electrical signal proportional to the heat it detects. RTD Probes:
The RTD probes are used in dual-input RTD thermometers to measure temperature differences between two points. Thermocouples come in different forms such as round, flat, or long and have different base materials including Invar, NTC, PTC and their size ranges from 1mm up to 100mm.
