An electric ceramic ball valve is a device used to stop or start the flow of a fluid through a pipeline. It is made up of two parts: the body and the actuator. The body is made from a strong, non-corrosive material such as metal or plastic, while the actuator is made from electrically conductive ceramic. When electricity is applied to the actuator, it creates heat which causes the ceramic to expand. This expansion pushes against a seal in the valve, opening or closing it as needed.


Low Temperature Valve:


Low temperature valve, also known as LTV orcryogenic valve is a device used to control flow in cryogenic liquids such as liquid nitrogen and liquid hydrogen. It consists of two valves mounted separately on the stem which can be lowered into the vessel for controlling fluid flow. The low temperature reduces the vapor pressure which enables easy transportation of fluids at very low temperatures through pipes made from materials such as copper and nickel.


Normal Temperature Valve:


Normal temperature valve is a safety device that prevents the flow of process fluids at higher temperatures. It has two positions, open and closed, which can be set by means of a control mechanism. The normal temperature valve finds its application in petrochemical plants, refineries and power generation industries for controlling high-pressure processes such as steam turbine operation or gas turbine pre-heating.
