4.5V is a standard voltage for electron guns in vacuum ultraviolet (VUV) semiconductor devices such as gas sensors, optical fibers, and chemical detectors. The higher the voltage of an electron gun, the more intense will be its beam; thus it's important to set the initial high-voltage stage of an X-ray or UV laser system at 4.5 V or above if it's going to be used for medical applications (in case of non-medical equipment).


6.3V:


6.3V is a voltage used in electron guns of vacuum ultraviolet (VUV) lithography processes. It is also known as high-intensity light source or HLS for short. The 6.3 V UV source can produce images with features as small as 5 nanometers which are required for IC manufacturing and other related tasks such as wafer stepper and photomasks production, etc., etc.
