UP-S grade is a high purity form of hydrofluoric acid which is used for the production of silicon, aluminum and other such as steel, titanium, zirconium and ceramics. It has 99% purity level which makes it free from any contaminants or impurities. The product finds its major application in electronic grade hydrofluoric acid market where it is used for cleaning silicon wafers before they are coated with a layer of aluminum.
