Product Definition:
Fats and oils are both lipids. Fats are solid at room temperature, while oils are liquid. Both fats and oils contain three fatty acids hooked together (triacylglycerols). The difference between them is the length of the carbon chain in the fatty acids. Fats have long chains, while oils have medium chains.
One important use of fats and oils is as a source of energy. They provide nine calories per gram, compared to four calories per gram for carbohydrates or protein.

Palm Oils:
Palm oil is a vegetable oil that is extracted from the fruit pulp of the palm tree.
