Fiber-cement products are also non-combustible, moisture resistant and insect proof.
Low Density Fiber Cement:
Low-density fiber cement (LDFC) is a type of cement, which contains very small particles (0.063 - 0.085 mm.) and is used for the production of fiber reinforced plastic composites.
Medium Density Fiber Cement:
Medium Density Fiber Cement (MDFC) is a type of fiber cement that contains cellulose fibers as its main raw material. Cellulose fibers are produced from wood pulp, natural resources or manufactured materials. The most commonly used raw materials for manufacturing MDFC include wood pulps and recycled paper pulps.
Application Insights:
The commercial buildings segment led the global market and accounted for more than 54.0% share of the overall revenue in 2017. The growth is attributed to increasing construction activities in commercial buildings, such as offices, retail spaces, hospitals and clinics on account of growing businesses across all major economies globally.
