Flutriafol 95% TC is a white crystalline compound, which is soluble in water and ethanol. It has a slight odor. The product was first registered by the German company Flutic as an anti-diabetic drug under the brand name “Diabetes Type II” in 1990.


The product was approved for sale across Europe and worldwide by the WHO Expert Committee on Diabetes.


Flutriafol 250g/L SC:


Flutriafol 250g/L SC is a white crystalline powder, which is soluble in water and ethanol. It has a slight odor. It can be used as an anti-foaming agent for detergent formulations and as an emulsifier in ointments or gels. Flutriafol 250g/L SC can also be used to manufacture non-ionic surfactants by reaction with ethylene oxide or other oxidizing agents.


Application Insights:


Soybean application accounted for the largest share of over 30.0% in 2017 and is projected to witness significant growth over the forecast period. Flutriafol-resistant soybean cultivars have been developed through genetic modification, which provide higher yield and better quality beans as compared to conventional varieties.
