Foamed Polyurethane is a synthetic polymer composed of organic units joined by urethane links. It is made by the reaction of an isocyanate with a polyol, usually in the presence of water. Flexible Foam:


Flexible foam is a type of polyurethane that can be easily expanded to many times its original size. It is produced by the reaction between foaming agents and polymer base. The most commonly used foaming agents are sodium silicate, sodium carbonate, and sulfonated vegetable oil (SVO).


Spray Foam:


Spray foam (also called as aerosol spray foam) is a type of insulation material that is produced through the foaming process. The major components involved in the production of spray foam include polyurethane, propane, and butane. These are then mixed with additives to produce a finished product that can be used for various applications including insulation in building & construction industry and furniture & bedding industry among others.
