Product Definition:
A Fully Fluorinated Polymer is a synthetic polymer that contains only fluorine atoms in its chemical structure. These polymers are often used as coatings or liners to protect other materials from corrosion or environmental degradation.

Aqueous dispersion is a stable, water-based coating that contains the proper amount of surfactant to keep the liquid from separating. It can be applied by spray, immersion or brush and has excellent adhesion to most substrates. Aqueous dispersion offers several advantages over other technologies including lower risk during application & removal process, low toxicity & environmental impact and high efficiency in terms of cost per unit area.
Pellets:
Pellets are manufactured by compressing the fully fluorinated polymer in a mold and are then heated to a temperature above its melting point. The fully fluorinated polymers can be produced through different manufacturing processes such as injection molding, extrusion, and bulk polymerization.
The pellets have high thermal stability up to around 400°C; however, above this temperature some of the properties start deteriorating like molecular mobility and glass transition temperatures.
