98% purity is a type of 2,2-Difluoroethanol (DFE) that has passed through theillation reaction three times. It's produced by the catalytic hydrolysis of perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA). The final product is 98% pure and contains no PFOA.


99% Purity:


99% purity is a very high level of purity which can be achieved by distillation or crystallization. It means that there are no other materials except the one we are measuring, for instance, if we were to measure 99% ethanol it would mean there is no alcohol in the market apart from this ethanol.
