98% dctfma is a special type of trifluoromethyl aniline. It has the same structure as that of 2,6-Dichloro-4-(trifluoromethyl) aniline (dicarboxylic acid trifluoro methyl amide), but different molecular weight and boiling point. 98% DCTFMA is white crystalline solid and has a slightly sweet odor.
96% dctfma:
96% dctfma is a special type of gas phase reaction that takes place between dichloromethane (DCM) and aniline. The 96% yield obtained from this reaction is used as feedstock for the preparation of 2,6-dichloro-4-(trifluoromethyl) aniline (dctfma).

Pesticide was the dominant application segment and accounted for over 60% of total market volume in 2017. 2,6-Dichloro-4-(trifluoromethyl) aniline is used as a pesticide additive to control various plant pests including aphids, whiteflies, mites, mealybugs and scale insects.
