Product Definition:
The term "aging" or "ageing" is used to describe the process of wine losing its freshness and becoming less appealing to drink. During this time, the wine will lose its fruity flavors and aromas, and develop more complex flavors like tobacco, leather, or earth. Aging also causes a wine's tannins to mellow out, making it smoother on the palate. While many people believe that wines improve with age, others find that older wines can be too dry or harsh for their taste.
Small Capacity:
Small capacity burners are used in ranges from 1.1 cu. ft to 4.0 cu. ft and their typical applications include cooking, warming, and broiling foods; they also provide a safe method for heating small areas as well as the ability to control temperature with precision in smaller ovens (less than 20” x 30”).
Standard Capacity:
The standard capacity of the oven is defined as the largest amount of food that can be cooked in a certain time span. The size and number of people in a household, climate conditions, geographical location etc all have an impact on the cooking standards.
In general, to maintain nutritional balance it is necessary to eat seven times a day; however old age weakens our body.
Application Insights:
The application segment includes the university laboratory, factory, and others. The aging ovens used in the University laboratories are small-scale devices that are designed to test the effects of temperature on different types of materials. These devices help researchers to determine physical properties such as strength, hardness, and glass transition temperature of various materials.

In this AAP method different metals like steel and aluminum change their physical appearance (shape) due to transformation from ductile into brittle phase with increase in temperature along with other changes like color & texture at around room temperature i.e., about 25 °C/77 °F(0°F).
