Poppet Valve Type:


A Poppet valve is a type of valve used in turbochargers. It is named after its resemblance to a little pop-up or “poppet” valves that are found in steam engines. A turbocharger works by moving air into the engine and helping compress the incoming air, thereby increasing the density of oxygen content to burn more fuel at a higher rate.
