APG0810 is a novel glycoside hydrolase from the bacterial genome. It has been engineered for maximum hydrolysis in the minimum time at optimal temperature and pH. The enzyme displays an excellent catalytic efficiency of more than 10,000 times with respect to its substrate and shows high stability towards heat, acid & alkali as well as strong bases such as sodium hydroxide.


APG1214:


APG1214 is a novel glycoside hydrolase enzyme with broad specificity and high activity. It catalyzes the hydrolysis of alkyl glycosides to release sugar and acidity. The product has an optimal pH range between 3-7, making it suitable for use in various applications such as detergents, soaps & detergent builders, emulsifiers in personal care products (deodorants & antiperspirants), food additives and others.


Application Insights:


The other applications of the product include biotechnology, cosmetics and food & beverage. The food & beverage segment is expected to dominate the global market in terms of revenue share by 2030.
