Aluminum Bromide:


Aluminum bromide is a chemical compound of aluminum and bromine. It has a crystalline structure, which is white in color. Aluminum bromide can be used as an antiseptic, sedative, and rodenticide. The commercial form of the product consists of approximately 70% pure aluminum bromide along with other impurities such as calcium carbonate and calcium sulfate.

The aluminum bromide is used in the lubricating oil application segment as it reduces friction and wear.
