Product Definition:

Lignosulfonate:
Lignosulfonate is a chemical compound derived from lignite, a type of coal. It is an organic salt and has the formula (C 6 H 5 ) 2 O 7 . The anion produced by deprotonation of the cationic surfactant formed by oxidation of lignosulfonate (LSO 4 -) is known as the lignosulfonate anion or S-anion.
