MBD (Mullite-Bixite) diamond grain is a type of synthetic mineral, which is made up of glass and metal. It was created in the laboratory by fusing boron nitride with silica sand. The resulting material has properties similar to natural diamonds and can be used as an alternative for the same in various applications including jewelry making, industrial cutting tools, etc.
