A centrifugal pump is a type of pump that uses centrifugal force to push fluid through a pipe. The fluid enters the pump at the center of the impeller, and is forced outwards towards the edge of the impeller. Vertical ASME Pumps:


Vertical ASME pumps are used in the oil & gas industry for moving fluids at high rates of speed and with significant force. These vertical pumps can be used to move liquids in a horizontal or inclined position. They are mainly designed to work under severe conditions, where other types of pumps would fail. Vertical ASME centrifugal pump is driven by a spinning rotor that creates pressure inside the pump casing, which increases its suction lift and reduces its discharge flow resistance.
