Product Definition:

Wet Chemical Method:
The wet chemical method is used to extract and purify barium titanate from the ore. It involves dissolving the ore in acid, extracting the barium sulfide, and then neutralizing with lime or sodium carbonate. The resulting solution is washed with water to remove any remaining acid and solid residue is filtered through a cloth filter. The final product obtained after filtration can be treated further using a series of processes such as evaporating, crystallization, etc.
