Birch pollen allergy drug is a type of medication used to treat allergies caused by birch pollen. It works by preventing the body from releasing histamines, which are responsible for many of the symptoms associated with allergies.


AllerT:


AllerT is a subcutaneous immunotherapy vaccine designed for the treatment of birch pollen allergy in patients 6 years and older. The therapy aims to stimulate the patient's immune system to act against allergen, thus preventing an allergic reaction. It was approved by Health Canada in 2016 as a therapeutic vaccine under section 8(1) of the Access to Immunization Act (ATI).


BM-31:


BM-31 is a drug which helps in the treatment of birch pollen allergy. It works by decreasing the amount of histamine released by immune cells during an allergic response. The drug was developed by Grifols and GlaxoSmithKline Biologicals and was first approved in Spain in 2011 as Pradaxa, a trade name for its active ingredient epinephrine administered intravenously.
