A boiler coating is a protective layer that is applied to the inside of a boiler in order to prevent corrosion. The coating can be made from various materials, including paint, enamel, or ceramic tiles.

750 ° is the temperature at which water boils. At 750  °C, there are approximately 1.0 kg of molecules of water vapor in a pound of steam (i.e., 0.0117 mol). The boiling point is dependent on the pressure and volume content as well as on the initial temperature content of the liquid being heated; i.e., it's a function of kJ/mol or J/(kgË„–1).


2000℃:


The 2000 degree temperature is the maximum operating temperature of the boiler. It's generally used in power generation plants to heat water for steam turbines. The boiler pressure is proportional to its volume and if we can control both these factors then it will be easier to operate a particular type of boiler at a certain working pressure range.
