The T-Model is a two-wheeler component identification system based on the ISO standards. It was initially designed for motorbikes and has been adopted by several manufacturers to identify components for cars as well. The model consists of three main parts, namely, the vehicle identification number (VIN), which is a 15 digit unique code; the transmission type; and engine type or power output.


V Model:


The V model is used to calculate the force in pounds which is applied on each of the two points P and Q. The point P can be any point on a shaft, journal, or flywheel. The point Q can be any other point on the same shaft, journal or flywheel but not necessarily at an equal distance from P.
