Sn-Cu brazing rod is used in brazing operations and it's main applications are found in the electronics industry. Sn-Cu alloy has low electrical resistance which makes it an ideal material for use in welding and brazing operations. Sn- Cu alloys have good mechanical properties, high thermal conductivity, high strength, corrosion resistance and they can be easily processed making them suitable for use as a braze material.
