Bias Tyre is a type of tire which has one ply of rubber made from left-hand thread and the other from right-hand thread. The two layers of tires are not mirror images but rather they have different tread patterns. As the name suggests, bias tire is sloped at an angle; it gives better rolling resistance and more grip to vehicle than a flat tire.
