Product Definition:


A conductive paste, or carbon nanotube paste, is a type of adhesive used to attach electronic components to a surface. It is composed of tiny tubes of carbon called carbon nanotubes, which are highly conductive. The paste helps to ensure good electrical conduction between the component and the surface. Carbon nanotubes are also very strong and heat-resistant, making them an ideal material for this application.


N-Methylpyrrolidone (NMP) System:


NMP system is a solvent used for cleaning the printing rollers in laser printers. It is also used as an additive to carbon nanotube conductive paste (CNCP) which acts as a filler and improves the electrical conductivity of carbon nanotubes. NMP has been known to improve print quality, reduce downtime, increase uptime and reduce energy costs by reducing the consumption of water and electricity during operations.


Water System:


Water system is used in carbon nanotube conductive paste to remove the dust and other impurities from the raw material. It helps in improving the quality of product and also increases its shelf life. The water system is a closed circuit with two parts, one part is connected to carbon source (washing soda) which dissolves into water and carries away any acid or base that may be present, while another part (water connection) leads to outside water supply for rinsing purposes.
