1Cr18Ni9Ti is a ferritic alloy of nickel and chromium with 18% carbon. It has excellent corrosion resistance, high strength and hardness, low electrical conductivity, and good weldability. 1Cr18Ni9Ti material is used in the manufacturing of fasteners for card sleeves as it provides superior corrosion resistance to water-based chemicals or alcohols that are commonly used in card sleeving applications.


304 Material:


304 material is a type of stainless steel with about the same strength as that of 18/10 type. 304 has higher carbon content than that of 200 series, which makes it stronger but also costlier. It's commonly used in food packaging and dairy products such as cheese and milk cartons because it keeps these products fresh for a longer time.
