Ceftiofur is an antibiotic drug and is used in the treatment of respiratory infections, such as bronchitis, pneumonia and otitis. It works by killing the bacteria that causes the infection. The drug has a wide range of applications but it’s most commonly prescribed for respiratory tract infections due to its improved safety profile when compared to other antibiotics available today.
