3.0Y32000 is a cellulose acetate tow for tobacco which is manufactured by the hydrolysis of nitrocellulose with acetic acid and water at high temperature. It has 32% nicotine content, which makes it an ideal product for cigarette manufacturing.

Cellulose acetate is used as a tow in the manufacturing of cigarettes. It is combined with other smoke generating agents, such as powdered tobacco and mastering salts, to create a cigarette that can deliver nicotine more effectively and produce more smoke.
