RCF is a Resin-Coated Fiber, which is made from glass or polymer and coated with resin. RCFs are used in applications such as cable insulations, air conditioner filters, and automotive spark plugs. Ceramic sleeving uses RCF for insulation purposes owing to its characteristics such as low thermal conductivity & high dielectric strength along with the ability to withstand mechanical stress & abrasion.


Low Bio-Persistent:


Low bio-persistent materials are those that do not possess a biological half-life greater than 30 days. Low bio-persistent materials are used in the manufacturing of ceramic sleeving to prevent the migration of chemicals within the ceramic fibers and also to protect them from external environment conditions such as temperature, moisture, and pressure.
