Positive CF color photoresist, also known as CF4 is a new generation of photoresist. It has better features than other types of photoresists such as high-speed and low-cost manufacturing process. The major advantage of this product is that it can be used for both RAS (Rapid Access Silicon) and non RAS (Normal Access Silicon) wafers in the same system without any problems.

Negative CF color photoresist is a type of photoresist that uses ultraviolet light to remove unwanted material from the wafer during the fabrication process of semiconductor devices. The material that is removed includes both organic and inorganic compounds. The removal of these compounds enables purer silicon surfaces which results in improved yield and efficiency.
