Spectrum Type:
The spectrum type is used to detect the presence of target signal in CMOS detectors. It helps in increasing the sensitivity and selectivity of a detector. The different types are Amplitude Modulation (AM), Phase Modulation (PM) and Frequency Modulation (FM).
In AM, the frequency of carrier wave is modulated with respect to its phase by an external source applying a voltage between gate.
