Product Definition:
A gas found in coal seams and coal beds, consisting chiefly of methane. Coalbed gas is used as a fuel and as a chemical feedstock.

Approximately 90% of the coal produced is used for power generation purposes aroundthe world. CBM Wells is used for extracting coalbed methane. Coalbed methane is also known as mine gas, which is formed in the underground coal fires and can be extracted by drilling and fracturing of shale or limestone beds. The CBM well extracts both natural gas and carbon dioxide along with other impurities present in the formation such as water, sulfates & minerals, organic matter & nitrogen compounds among others.
