Sol is a colorless, water-soluble solid and has no odor. It is manufactured by the reaction between antimony trioxide and sodium hydroxide in an electric arc. The product contains 85% of antimony which can be used for various applications such as in the production of alloys, chemicals, ceramics & glass; electronic devices & components; etc.


Powder:


Powder is a mixture of antimony trioxide and silica. It is used in the production of colloidal aniline, which finds application as a photographic fixer. The product also finds use as an intermediate for manufacturing organic chemicals such as bisphenol A, alkyl halides, and alkyl phosphates among others.

The product is used as a plasticizer in polyvinyl chloride, high-density polyethylene, and other resins to improve their flowability.
