Plunger Lubricants:


Plunger lubricants are used in die casting lubricants to reduce friction between the parts and to provide a better finish. They also help in reducing wear and tear of the machine, which reduces maintenance costs. Plungers are an important part of any die casting process as they allow for smooth movement while removing scrap metal from the molten metal pool using a channel called “plunge” or “suction” mechanism.
