Product Definition:
Dielectric CMP Slurry is a type of chemical mixture used in the polishing process of semiconductor wafers. It is important because it helps to remove material from the surface of the wafer, while leaving a smooth finish.
Colloidal Silica Slurries:
Colloidal silica slurries are a suspension of solid colloidal particles in an aqueous medium. The product is used as adhesion Promoter and defoaming agent in the manufacturing of ceramic materials such as tiles, sanitary ware, and tableware. It also finds application in dielectric coatings for Microwave Antenna (MSA) and Satellite Antenna (SSA).
Ceria Slurries:
Ceria slurries are used in dielectric CMP slurry for the removal of contamination during the process. It is a mixture of soluble salts such as potassium carbonate, sodium carbonate and calcium carbonate. The primary function of ceria slurries is to clean up after etching or cleaning during which contaminants stick to the wafer surface and cannot be scraped off easily.
