Fixed type is a technology that measures the total light falling on the sensor, which remains fixed in position. The technology provides high accuracy and reliability for measuring the amount of light entering into human eye. Digital Pupillometer (DPP) uses this fixed type technology to measure corneal reflection from a digital camera placed before it.


Mobile Type:


Mobile type is a device used to measure the amount of light that falls on the sensor of a digital camera or smartphone. It is also known as photoelectric cell, photodiode or photo detector. The main function of mobile type consists of detecting and registering the intensity level (level 1 - 16)of light falling on it and converting them into digital form by using an onboard internal register.
