2N, also known as disodium phosphate or DSP, is a salt that consists of two sodium ions and one phosphate ion. It has a molecular weight of 132.2 and pKw of 7.5 at room temperature (20°C). 2N can be produced by the reaction between monosodium glutamate (MSG) and dephosphorylated Monopotassium Phosphate (MKP).
3N:
3N is the term used for Disodium Phosphate (DSP). It is a salt formed by mixing three parts of normal sodium phosphate to one part of disodium phosphate. The product has applications in detergents, soaps, and food among others. It can be produced through both natural and artificial sources.
Application Insights:
