3N is a colorless, flammable liquid with an odor similar to garlic. It is used as a reagent for the detection of halogen in organic compounds and as an intermediate for manufacturing silica gels and other chemicals. 3N has applications in various industries such as water treatment, pharmaceuticals, food & beverages processing, petroleum refining among others.
