Straight track tamping machines are used for making straight cuts in a workpiece. The machine consists of two parallel metal rails, the workpiece is placed between them and then they are moved towards each other with the help of a lever until the desired cut is made. After that, the metal rails are moved away from each other and out of contact with the workpiece.


Points and Crossing Tamping Machines:


The points and crossing tampers machines are used in electric tamping machine market for removing air from the tire with the help of compressed air or nitrogen. The working principle of this equipment is very simple, it consists of two parts, first part is a compressor which helps in compressing the gas to get lower pressure and second part is a valve which opens when pressure gets low enough and then flow out through exhaust valve.
