TDAE, also known as 1-dodecanediyl dithiocarbamate is a chemical compound derived from the polymerization of thiodiesel and is an intermediate in manufacturing environment-friendly rubber additives. TDAE can be used as a replacement for Methyl tert-butyl ether (MTBE) in gasoline additives to reduce air pollution caused by vehicle emissions.


MES:


Methyl Ethyl Stearate (MES) is a type of synthetic fatty acid that is produced as a by-product in the catalytic cracking of ethylene. It has an odor similar to coconut oil and taste slightly sweet. MES can be derived from vegetable oils like soybean, palm kernel, rapeseed, and sunflower; however it is most commonly derived from petroleum sources such as crude oil or natural gas.
